Yaklaşık 1 ay Rio'da kaldıktan sonra tekrar yollarda bulduk kendimizi. Kocaman bir aile ile muhteşem bir noel yemeği, dünyanın en turistik yerlerinden Copacabana sahilinde izleme şansı bulduğum, yeni yılın ilk dakikalarında hayran kaldığım havai fişekler, Rio'nun inanılmaz doğası, çılgın gece hayatı, umursamaz insanları derken günler nasıl geçmiş anlamamışım... Ama her güzel şeyin bittiği gibi Rio şehrine de bir veda çakıp Santa Catarina eyaletine yola çıktık pazartesi günü.
Her zamanki gibi eğlenceli, macera dolu 2 günlük bir otostop seyahatinden sonra Catanduvas'a sağ salim vardık. Bu kadar turistik olmayan, aslında yapacak pek bir şey de bulunlmayan bu yerde ne işimiz vardı peki?
Bundan 1 buçuk yıl önce İzmir'deki evimizde Brezilyalı arkadaşımız Ricardo'yu ağırlamıştık. Catanduvas da Ricardo'nun ailesiyle beraber yaşadığı ve de çalıştığı yer. Dolayısıyla biz de hem onu görmek için hem de Brezilya'nın farklı ve turistten uzak yaşantısına tanık olabilmek için onca yolu katedip bu küçük kasabaya geldik. Şehirden uzakta, inanılmaz huzurlu, yemyeşil bir çiftlik evindeyiz. Bahçede göl, köpekler, atlar, kazlar var.. Tabiki binlerce ağaç ve tropikal bitkiler de var fazlasıyla...Resimleri yakında ekleyeceğim :)

After staying in Rio for about a month we hit the roads again. Having a great Christmas dinner with a huge family, watching the fireworks in one of the most touristic places in the world, Copacabana, Rio's amazing nature, crazy night life and the careless people... The time just past too fast in Rio.. But like all the good things ends we had to leave Rio and started our journey towards to Santa Catarina state in the south..
As always we hitchhiked down to south and it took us 2 days to reach Catanduvas. And what the hell we came to this such small town with no tourist at all?
One and a half years ago we hosted our Brazilian friend Ricardo in our house in Izmir. Catanduvas is where he lives and works with his family. So we came here to see an old good friend as well as to explore a non-touristic part of Brazil and see the real culture here. Being far from the city is very peaceful. There is a great nature, a lake in the garden, dogs, horses and all the tropical plants here... It's just so wonderful that I can't describe good enough. But don't worry I will add the pics soon ;)
